Madonna and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, are reported to have reached agreement on the custody of their three children.

The singer will have custody of the children, including their eight-year-old biological son, Rocco.
 
It's thought she'll take them with her to the US.
 
Lawyers have also now agreed on a divorce settlement; with Ritchie expected get a $168 million pay-out.

Ritchie also plans to buy a home in New York, where he will have broad access to the children.
